We operate on a 10-hour, 4-day work week (10-4), not just as a trend, but as a strategic foundation for:

🔄 Shift Collaboration and Chain of Custody

Our production team is divided into overlapping shifts designed for seamless communication and real-time transfer of progress:
- 🕔 **First Shift (5AM–3PM, Mon–Thu):** Focuses on setup, fabrication, and daily planning.
